Consistent use can help to:
Black Obsidian: Why Black Obsidian? Alternative medicine practitioners frequently use crystals to aid in energetically healing the mind and body. Metaphysically, Black Obsidian Stone is good at cleansing and releasing energy blockages from the physical and energy bodies. It is grounding, and will also help to shield you against negativity. Black Obsidian is thought to bring skin imbalances such as acne, psoriasis and eczema to the surface and releases them from the body. (These are all scientifically unproven claims.) *Due to the nature of stones, color and designs may vary.
History: The origins of the face rolling lie in Chinese history. These beautiful tools were once used by the elite to keep skin looking youthful.
Recommended for: All skin types
How to use: start rolling gently from the center of your face under your eyes. Always use gentle pressure around your eyes. Direct strokes from the center towards your hairline. Move towards your forehead using upward strokes. For the jawline use strokes starting at your chin towards your ears. Roll your neck in upward strokes, using caution around the center of your neck.
PRO TIP- use a pump of Lemon Clove Face Oil or Sandalwood Face Oil to help the roller glide with ease. The circulation of your skin will also help the oil to absorb better into your skin. You can also leave your roller in the freezer for extra de-puffing benefits! Ask a friend to roll the back of your neck...we swear it's magical!
How to clean: Wash your Black Obsidian Face Roller with hot, soapy water. If that’s not available, you can spray rubbing alcohol or an essential oil spray. We highly recommend placing a towel in the sink while washing to absorb the shock and avoid breakage in the event it’s dropped.
